Role DescriptionWe are seeking a creative, organized, and data-driven Marketing Assistant / Digital Marketing Associate to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives. The role involves assisting with marketing campaigns, creating and coordinating digital content, managing online channels, monitoring campaign performance, and supporting activities that strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key responsibilities include assisting with social media campaigns, email marketing, website content, digital advertising, and promotional activities. The role will also involve conducting market and competitor research, preparing marketing materials, coordinating campaign schedules, tracking key performance indicators, and analyzing marketing data to identify opportunities for improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing activities are delivered effectively and consistently.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Media,



or a related field.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, social media platforms, content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar marketing platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, website analytics, conversion tracking, and digital campaign performance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and marketing ideas.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate marketing activities effectively.
- Good teamwork, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn new digital marketing tools, technologies, and emerging industry trends.
