About the Role

Height Safety Engineers (HSE) is looking for a creative, motivated and result-focused Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on marketing role with the chance to take ownership of a broad range of marketing activities across digital, social media, content, events and print. You’ll play an important role in strengthening the HSE brand, engaging our target markets and generating new opportunities for our sales team.

You’ll take ownership of creating and publishing engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, with a focus on building brand awareness, demonstrating our expertise and generating leads.

You’ll also be involved in developing marketing collateral including brochures, booklets, presentations and promotional materials, as well as maintaining and updating the company website.

The role will also provide opportunities to support HSE at industry events and trade shows, working alongside the sales team to promote our products, services and capabilities.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone studying marketing, communications or a related discipline who wants to build practical experience in B2B marketing. It would also suit an emerging marketing professional looking for a role where they can make a genuine contribution and develop their skills across a broad range of marketing functions.

This role is being offered on a permanent part-time basis at 0.6 FTE (three days per week) working from our head office in Ingleburn.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who enjoys coming up with ideas, creating content and seeing their work make a difference. You’ll have the opportunity to experiment with different marketing approaches, develop campaigns and take ownership of projects from idea through to delivery.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- An interest in marketing, digital marketing and content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An eye for good design and engaging content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms,



particularly LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- A creative mindset and confidence to bring new ideas to the table.
- Previous marketing experience is advantageous but not essential.
