The Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Graduate to join our high-performing Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, content, campaigns, market research, and brand development while working closely with teams across the business. You’ll play an active role in helping grow the swipejobs brand, engage our audience, and support marketing initiatives across our global business.

What You’ll Do:

- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and other channels
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and digital platforms
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights
- Monitor campaign performance and analyse marketing data to identify opportunities for optimisation
- Support events, partnerships, community initiatives, and cross-functional marketing projects

What We’re Looking For:

- A recent graduate or final-year student studying Marketing,



Communications, Business, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and emerging marketing trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with solid attention to detail
- Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
