We’re now looking for a Marketing Intern to help build the CapitalCurve brand and tell that story.

About the role

We’re looking for an early-career marketer and or marketing student who is curious about how ideas become content, campaigns and growth.

You’ll work closely with our founders and the broader team to turn conversations, projects and real business outcomes into well-researched drafts, social content and practical marketing support.

This is a hands-on internship at the intersection of content, marketing and emerging AI technology. You’ll learn by producing, researching and testing work across LinkedIn, short-form video and future channels.

You’ll contribute to the day-to-day work of building a marketing function from the ground up.

What you’ll do

- Support LinkedIn production by researching ideas, drafting posts and preparing content for review.
- Turn founder conversations, projects and customer outcomes into notes, story angles and drafts.
- Build and maintain a content library: questions, competitor examples, references & current trends.
- Help create and repurpose founder-led content across LinkedIn and short-form video.
- Assist with filming, editing simple short-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Experiment with AI tools for research, copy development, image generation, & video concepts.
- Help map repetitive marketing tasks and work with the team on AI-enabled automations.
- Track basic content performance, prepare simple reports and suggest tests to improve results.
- Stay current on AI, content creation and digital marketing, bringing examples back to the team.





What we’re looking for

We care more about curiosity, judgement and follow-through than prior title or experience.

You may be studying marketing, communications, media, business, design or technology - or building your own path.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

- Have strong writing and editing instincts, with care for clarity and detail.
- Enjoy researching ideas and creating content people genuinely want to consume.
- Are comfortable filming and editing simple short-form video, or are excited to learn.
- Are interested in what makes a robust hook, caption and call to action.
- Are genuinely interested in AI and enjoy experimenting with new tools.
- Can organise tasks, take feedback well and follow through on details.
- Bring creative judgement, attention to detail and a willingness to ask good questions.

Useful, but not required

Experience with

- A student, freelance or personal portfolio in content or marketing.
- LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, TikTok or other short-form video.
- ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Veo or similar AI tools.
- Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic analytics, content scheduling, CRM or marketing automation tools.
- B2B, technology, professional services or startup environments.

What this role could become

You’ll have direct exposure to how founders and operators shape a brand from the ground up.

As you grow, you’ll develop practical skills across research, writing, content production, AI-enabled workflows, creative testing and marketing operations.

There is potential for the internship to grow into a longer-term role as CapitalCurve’s marketing function expands.
