Marketing Executive | Working across two brands

Sydney CBD | $85,000 – $95,000 + super | Full-time in office The business

Our client is a fast-growing Australian food business that took a category most people write off as boring and built something genuinely exciting in it.

The role

You'll work across both brands, reporting to the Head of Growth, with genuine ownership of:

- Local area marketing - getting into CBD buildings and building relationships with the people who actually place the orders. Grassroots activations, sampling, pop-ups and local partnerships, against a clear target of new accounts and buildings activated.
- Campaigns and activations - supporting end-to-end delivery of seasonal and always-on campaigns, plus menu launches and events across both brands.
- Content - capturing field content on the ground and keeping social, EDM and in-office collateral consistent and always moving.




- Revenue - supporting paid and organic across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and SEO, tracking sales by channel, and contributing to CRO on both websites.
- Website and digital - day-to-day product and content updates, keeping pricing, FAQs and category pages accurate and easy to shop.

About you

- 2-6 years in marketing, ideally food, retail, FMCG, events or hospitality
- Comfortable across digital, content and on-the-ground activity
- A strong, clear writer who can shift tone between social, EDM and print
- Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people. Local area marketing means real conversations, not just a content calendar
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar) and comfort with Shopify or WooCommerce
- Happy in a small, lean, quick team
