Role Description This part-time remote role as a Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Specialist at Come con Causa focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that support brand awareness and audience growth. The person in this role will manage social media channels, create and schedule content, and engage with the online community to drive interaction and interest. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and monitoring digital campaigns, tracking performance through web analytics tools, and adjusting strategies to improve lead generation and conversion.

The role also involves coordinating marketing calendars, collaborating with internal stakeholders to align messaging with organizational goals, and preparing concise performance reports with actionable insights. The position offers flexibility in working hours while requiring consistent communication and reliable delivery of agreed-upon tasks and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, including content planning, campaign execution, and audience engagement.




- Experience with Lead Generation and Marketing tactics to attract, nurture, and convert prospects across digital channels.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure performance and inform data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create transparent, compelling messages in English and, ideally, Spanish.
- Organized, self-directed work style with the ability to manage part-time remote responsibilities, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva) is highly beneficial.
- Previous experience in mission-driven, nonprofit, or food/health-related organizations is a plus.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
