New Era Technology is seeking a Service Desk Engineer for a full time, onsite role in our Perth office. You will provide first-line technical support via phone and a ticketing system, logging and resolving incidents while building strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in a Service Desk or Helpdesk, strong communication and customer service skills, and basic troubleshooting across Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, and common business apps. Local driving license preferred.
