Based in Keysborough VIC, CD Airconditioning Pty Ltd is a dynamic company that offers expert installation, repair, and maintenance for heating and cooling systems, including split units and ducted heating. We are currently seeking a full time Air-conditioning Mechanic to join our team. Job responsibilities

1. Installing single split, multi-head, bulkhead, cassette, ducted and VRF air conditioning systems.
2. Installing HVAC equipment from manufacturers including Daikin, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI), Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu, Samsung, Midea, Rinnai and Panasonic.
3. Installing refrigerant copper pipework, insulation and condensate drainage systems, including drilling holes, installing mounting brackets, and cutting and bending copper pipework.
4. Performing copper brazing, pressure testing and vacuum evacuation.
5. Performing refrigerant charging, leak testing and system commissioning.
6. Installing ductwork, grilles, diffusers and ventilation components.
7.



Completing electrical power and control wiring connections and testing and adjusting system controls during commissioning of air-conditioning equipment.
8. Testing system operation and ensuring correct performance after installation.
9. Performing fault finding, repairs and rectification works, including replacing defective components where required.
10. Servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems to ensure reliable operation.
11. Reading installation drawings and following project specifications.
12. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in accordance with Australian Workplace Health and Safety requirements.

What we offer

1. Salary: $79,000 - $80,000 per year, plus superannuation
