About the Role

An established and well-respected electrical wholesaler is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead their Geelong operation.

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who understands the electrical wholesale industry, enjoys developing a team and knows how to drive both sales and operational performance.

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the branch while maintaining strong relationships with local contractors and customers and continuing to grow the business across the Geelong market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the branch
- Lead, support and develop the branch team
- Drive sales growth and identify current business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing trade customers
- Develop new customer relationships across the local market
- Manage branch budgets, targets and overall profitability
- Oversee stock levels, purchasing and inventory management
- Ensure a high standard of customer service across the branch
- Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor branch KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance
- Create a positive, supportive and high-performing team environment

About You

Ideally,



you will have:

- Experience within electrical wholesale or electrical distribution
- Previous Branch Management, Assistant Branch Management or senior sales experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical products and the trade customer market
- Proven sales and business development ability
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercial understanding and the ability to manage branch performance
- Excellent customer relationship-building skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach to leadership
- The ability to motivate a team and lead by example
