The Opportunity

ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with an established commercial contractor delivering significant projects valued between $20M-$80M+ across South Australia.

With a solid pipeline spanning health, education, multi-residential apartments and commercial developments, an opportunity is available for an experienced Site Manager to join the delivery team.

You will work alongside experienced Project Managers and site teams, taking ownership of day-to-day construction while benefiting from the systems, resources and support of an established contractor.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful site delivery of major commercial projects.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading day-to-day site operations from early works through to handover
- Managing subcontractors,



trades and suppliers
- Driving programmes and key construction milestones
- Coordinating site logistics, sequencing and services
- Maintaining strong WHS, quality and compliance standards
- Working closely with Project Managers to resolve construction challenges
- Leading site teams to achieve successful project outcomes

The Like Mind

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager who is confident taking ownership of complex commercial projects.

You will ideally bring:

- 5+ years' Site Management experience within commercial construction
- Experience delivering projects valued at $30M+
- Exposure to new build, multi-level or complex construction
- Strong programming, sequencing and subcontractor management skills
- Sound knowledge of WHS, quality and services coordination
- Strong leadership and communication skills
