Senior Estimator – Commercial Painting
Brisbane South | Up to $150k + Super

Established commercial painting contractor looking for a Senior Estimator to take a lead role within the estimating team as the business continues to scale.

You'll take ownership of major tenders, pricing commercial painting packages across multi-million-dollar projects and working directly with builders throughout the tender process.

The Role

- Lead estimating across major commercial painting packages
- Price and tender multi-million-dollar projects
- Complete take-offs using Bluebeam
- Review drawings, specifications and scopes
- Liaise directly with Tier 2 and commercial builders
- Lead and support the existing estimating team
- Help shape the estimating function as the business grows

About You





- Strong commercial estimating experience
- Painting and decorating experience highly regarded
- Experience pricing larger commercial packages
- Confident with Bluebeam and detailed take-offs
- Solid communication and builder-facing skills
- Comfortable taking ownership of an estimating function
