Job Title: Engineering Supervisor
Location: Sydney CBD
Salary: $90,000 + Super

Are you a Shift Engineer looking to take the next step in your career?

We're recruiting an Engineering Supervisor for a premium hospitality property in Sydney CBD. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you'll lead daily maintenance operations, support a small engineering team, and ensure the property's plant and building services are operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
- Support HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems.
- Assist with projects, contractor management and compliance requirements.
- Maintain maintenance records and safety standards.
- Mentor team members and provide hands-on technical support.

About You

- 5+ years' experience in hotels, hospitality, facilities, or commercial buildings.




- Background as a Shift Engineer, Duty Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar.
- Robust understanding of building services and maintenance operations.
- Trade qualification highly regarded.
- Ready to take your first step into leadership.
