Site Manager - Commercial Construction - Up to $230,000 + SuperAn established Brisbane commercial builder is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join its growing new-build team.

The business has a robust pipeline across SEQ, delivering projects across education, industrial, retail and mixed-use sectors, ranging up to circa $50m. They take a considered approach to project selection and have a lot of repeat business.

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day site delivery, working closely with the Project Manager and CA:

- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades
- Drive programme and short-term planning
- Oversee WHS, quality and site compliance
- Coordinate site activities and resolve delivery issues
- Manage projects through construction to handover
