The Position

In this Enrolled Nurse role, you will work closely with RNs and provide day‑to‑day support to PCAs, encouraging them to develop their skills, think independently and contribute confidently to resident care.

What’s required

- Current AHPRA Enrolled Nurse Registration with relevant nursing qualifications.
- 2+ years’ experience as an Enrolled Nurse in clinical or aged‑care settings.
- Current CPR Certificate.
- Residential aged‑care experience (desired), including supporting RNs with assessments and contributing to Care Plans.
- Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, with knowledge of AN‑ACC processes, OH&S;, food safety and relevant legislative requirements.
