As a Mechanical Engineering Apprentice, you'll be initially responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- The maintenance and repair of pressure vessels and related industrial equipment
- Communicate effectively with clients and insurance inspectors
- Work to quality standards required for the components/vessels
- Use a variety of manual equipment to complete tasks as required, such as cutting gaskets, removing/stripping steam valves
- Use lifting equipment, working at height equipment and gas detection safety equipment (once trained)
- Inspect and prep removed components
- Maintaining a clean, organised and productive work area for colleagues and yourself
- Adapting to various working environments and site-based challenges (temperature, weather conditions etc.)

About The Training The successful candidate will continue their studies with apprenticeship specialists, RNN Group at their Worksop campus on a day release format, giving you the training and support you need to become an all-rounded and successful Engineer.
