Position profile

As a member of the Narrogin Health Service Medical Education Unit (MEU), the Medical Education Officer (MEO) supports the delivery and coordination of medical education and training programs for junior doctors across the Wheatbelt region. Working closely with the Director of Clinical Training and Central MEU, the role coordinates orientation, education activities, trainee support, accreditation requirements, medical student placements and workforce initiatives that contribute to a positive training setting and high-quality learning outcomes.

The successful applicant will bring strong organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective relationships, manage competing priorities and work collaboratively with medical, academic and administrative stakeholders.
