- Previous experience in a medical or allied health reception role is not required.
- Training to use our systems will be provided on the job
- Confidence in working on Apple Mac, MS Office and emailing skills
- Excellent telephone, writing and interpersonal skills.

You must be able to work flexible schedule per our clinic opening hours.
Monday – Friday, 08:30 am to 4:30 pm
Salaries will be guided by the Health Professionals and support services Award
Your role
- Manage the day-to-day running of the reception area
- Answer telephone and online inquiries in a timely and informed manner
- Manage patient appointment schedules
- Sorting incoming/outgoing correspondence, scanning, and filing in the computer system
- Process patient payments, invoices, and receipts. Manage referrals, including checking patient's eligibility
- General office duties
Willingness to learn Apple Mac systems with on-the-job training provided.
Casual position to start with possible permanent or part time position if you are a good fit to our office.
