About IMMA
Independent Multicultural Media Australia Ltd (IMMA) is the national peak body representing more than 60 independent multicultural media outlets across Australia. We advocate for our members in increasing advertising opportunities (from government, corporate Australia and media agencies), provide support in training and digital transformation, and give multicultural media a strong collective voice. Through our advertising gateway, Multicultural Media Direct (MMD), we connect advertisers with multicultural audiences nationwide.
Our members are the media. They are the publishers, broadcasters and digital outlets reaching multicultural Australia in language and in community every day. As IMMA takes on more agency bookings through MMD, our members need a key point of contact who knows their business and makes working with IMMA and advertisers straightforward.
The Role The Member Services and Campaign Manager is IMMA's day to day contact for member outlets, and the person accountable for advertising campaigns being delivered properly once they are booked (supported by the IMMA team).
You will become IMMA's in-house expert on what our members can offer: their audiences, formats, rates, specifications and capabilities. You will onboard members onto our MMD booking platform, guide them through processes and develop new opportunities with them. When a campaign is confirmed, you own its delivery from brief to final report, working with the wider team to execute.
This suits someone who is looking for the next step in their career, with real ownership from the first week and you will be working in a small team where your work is visible.
Reports to the EO, and works closely with the entire IMMA team.
