Experienced Support worker wanted

Coverage Care is growing, and we are currently seeking an experienced mental health Support Worker with a minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting participants with high complex needs.

Location: Smithfield

Requirements

- Competent with hoisting and manual handling
- Experience with CPAP machines
- Experience supporting participants with diabetes
- Provide meal preparation and assist with feeding as needed, ensuring nutritional requirements are met
- Ability to provide bed baths and full personal care
- Monitor patient vital signs and observe patient conditions to report changes promptly
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team setting




- Must be reliable and hold all required NDIS-compliant documentation and checks
- ABN
- CAR AND DRIVERS LICENCE

Shift Details:
- Morning shift: 8:00am – 11:00am
- 8am-2pm
- Afternoon shifts :4pm-8pm
- 6pm-8pm
- weekends: 8am-11am
- 8am-2pm
- weekend afternoons: 3pm-6pm
- 4pm-6pm
- Additional hours available for the right worker
