We're partnering with a leading telecommunications organisation to hire a Microsoft Engineer with robust infrastructure experience. This is an excellent chance to join a collaborative team environment, supporting core Microsoft technologies across a large enterprise environment.
Location: Melbourne CBD
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days onsite
Contract: Initial 6-month contract with strong potential to convert to permanent
Responsibilities
- Provide BAU support and resolution of infrastructure and endpoint-related tickets
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and endpoint management
- Manage and maintain Active Directory and Windows Server environments
- Support and manage Microsoft Intune across the business
- Work across a combination of modern and legacy Microsoft technologies
- Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective outcomes
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
Requirements
- Australian Citizenship (mandatory) and willingness to obtain an AGSVA Security Clearance
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Proven experience with Active Directory and Windows Server administration
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
- Broad Microsoft infrastructure background with a generalist skill set
- Exposure to legacy Microsoft technology stacks
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
