The Prospect
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Operators to join our small, close-knit crushing team at Boddington WA.
This is a hands-on production and plant operations role supporting a fixed/modular crushing plant, with additional involvement assisting maintenance crews with servicing and repairs.
This position is
- 8 days on / 6 days off
- Day shift only
- Drive In Drive Out (DIDO)
- Camp accommodation available for non-local personnel
Key Responsibilities You will play a key role in protected and efficient plant operations, including:
- Crushing plant control operation
- Monitoring plant performance and material flow
- Identifying and managing oversize material
- Conducting pre-start inspections and reporting defects
- General labouring and housekeeping duties as required
- Maintaining accurate pre-starts, logs, and timesheets
- Working closely with Supervisors and trades in a team setting
- Ensuring all tasks are completed safely and in line with site procedures
- Contributing to production targets while maintaining plant integrity
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience operating Loaders in a crushing environment
- Experience with ROM loading and feeding crushers
- Competency operating Wheel loaders
- Experience working around fixed or modular crushing plants
- Ability to assist maintenance teams with mechanical tasks
- Current Driver’s Licence (HR)
- White Card
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

- Integrated Tool Carrier competency
- Skid steer competency
- CN Crane Licence (not mandatory but advantageous)
