If you are a strong Mortgage Broker who has thought about building something of your own, but doesn't necessarily want the risk, administration or cost of going out alone, this is worth a look.

We are partnering exclusively with an established financial services business opening a new Northern Beaches location. They are looking for a Mortgage Broker who wants to build a local network, create a valuable lending book and share in the upside they generate.

You won't be starting from zero. The location is new. The business behind it isn't.

The support

- Existing digital and Google-generated enquiries
- Lending opportunities from across the wider business
- Local marketing supporting the current location
- An established financial advice business creating cross-referral opportunities
- Dedicated loan packaging and broker support
- Established systems and infrastructure

The Northern Beaches is already one of the business's strongest geographic sources of enquiry. Now they want someone on the ground to turn that into a significant local lending channel.

The opportunity

You will become the lead Mortgage Broker for the Northern Beaches, with genuine ownership over how the channel grows.

You'll build relationships with accountants, buyers agents,



real estate professionals and local referrers, while converting existing enquiry and developing a consistent settlement pipeline.

Residential lending will be the core, with scope to bring SMSF, commercial or asset finance capability if that's already in your toolkit.

And importantly, the operational engine room is already there, allowing you to stay focused on relationships, clients and growth.

The upside The indicative base is $110,000 - $130,000 + Super, with a performance model that can be tailored around the right person.

If you're confident in what you can write and would prefer greater upside rather than simply chasing the highest base, they are open to that conversation.

There is also longer-term commercial potential for someone who becomes an important part of the growth of the lending business.

You're an experienced Mortgage Broker who is technically strong, commercial and great with clients.

But more importantly, you like to build.

You enjoy opening doors, developing relationships and creating opportunity rather than simply waiting for leads to arrive.

You want autonomy and upside, but you also see the value in having an established business and support team behind you.
