The Role ?





We're on the lookout for a dynamic and highly organised Office Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of our Brisbane office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while ensuring we keep and grow our team culture. You'll be the go-to person for our team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment. What you bring to the table ?

Whilst we’re not looking for you to tick all these boxes, we are looking for someone who can keep up with the team. From experience, this is what that requires:

- Experienced Operator: 3+ years of proven experience in operations or office management, ideally within an agile environment. Happy to represent both the company and our team, equally.
- Personable & Positive: A naturally personable individual with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to support team members and external stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented Dynamo: Possesses a high level of attention to detail, crucial for navigating a fast-paced environment without compromising accuracy.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with digital tools, including Microsoft 365, Xero, and Asana, Jira/Confluence.
- Proactive & Adaptable:



A proactive and adaptable individual who is comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities with ease.
- Autonomous Collaborator: Confident working independently while actively contributing to the overall collaboration and success of the team.
