Borger Traffic is seeking an experienced and organised Office Manager to join our team on-site in Matraville. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on keeping a busy office running smoothly and enjoys being the go-to person for day to day operations.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and internal communications
- Support HR functions including onboarding and record-keeping
- Coordinate with operations/field teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Assist with invoicing, payroll support, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide general support to management as required
About You
- Proven experience in an office management or senior administration role
- Robust organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work autonomously and problem-solve
- Experience in traffic management, construction, or a similar industry highly regarded
