Westernport Roadlines – Koo Wee Rup This role is an exciting opportunity to join Westernport Roadlines, based in Koo Wee Rup, proudly part of the Dineen Group of Companies.
Westernport Roadlines provides bus transportation services to a large customer base across Melbourne’s outer south-eastern suburbs and into the Gippsland region. Our services include school bus operations, rail replacement services, and charter work.
About the Role
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating staff and vehicle utilisation
- Managing customer enquiries and day-to-day operations
- Supporting HSE compliance
- Coordinating off-site vehicles attending site for routine servicing or maintenance
- Ensuring operational and compliance requirements are met at all times.
This is a full-time position, generally worked Monday to Friday for eight hours per day. Some flexibility may be required from time to time,
and you will also be part of a rotating on-call roster. The role is based at our Koo Wee Rup depot, working closely with members of our operations team across the wider network.
