We are looking for an experienced Business Manager / Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and help drive the business forward.

This is a hands-on management role suited to someone who is highly organized, commercially minded and confident managing people, projects, contractors, clients and business processes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for helping manage the overall operations of the business, including:

- Coordinating day-to-day business operations
- Managing projects, schedules and deadlines
- Coordinating trades, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors
- Managing client communication and expectations
- Monitoring project progress, costs and profitability
- Reviewing quotes, invoices, purchase orders and expenses
- Improving internal systems, processes and workflows
- Managing staff and contractor performance
- Identifying operational issues and implementing practical solutions
- Supporting business development and growth
- Working closely with management on budgets, forecasting and strategic planning
- Ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, professionally and within agreed budgets and timelines

ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in business management, operations management,



construction management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience managing contractors, trades, suppliers and/or project teams
- Strong financial and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- A proactive and hands-on approach

- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in construction, property, building or related industries is highly desirable
