About the Business

Randstad has partnered exclusively with a well-established, family-owned civil construction company based in the Murray Bridge region. Known for delivering high-quality regional infrastructure and earthworks projects safely and on time, they are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their leadership team and drive operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the successful execution of multiple civil construction and earthworks projects.
- Lead, mentor, and support Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and field teams.
- Partner closely with the General Manager to optimise project delivery strategies, resource allocation, and financial performance.
- Coordinate plant, equipment, and labour deployment alongside the Maintenance Manager.
- Ensure strict adherence to WHS legislation, environmental regulations, and company quality standards.
- Strengthen relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.

What You Bring

- Extensive leadership experience in civil construction operations or senior project management.




- Proven track record of managing multi-project portfolios, site teams, and plant resources.
- Deep understanding of WHS legislation, risk management, and compliance.
- Strong strategic decision-making capability balancing safety, budget, and client satisfaction.
