The ideal candidate will
- Have optical dispensing experience or be studying Optometry
- Be highly motivated, positive and friendly
- Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Have clear communication skills and excellent listening skills
- Have the ability to use own initiative and deal with problem solving
- Have the ability to work as a team player
- Have outstanding personal presentation
- Possess competent computer skills
The role will involve:
- Booking appointments and processing payments
- Assisting patients choose suitable frames and lenses
- Ordering prescription lenses and contact lenses
- Optical lab work including cutting and fitting prescription lenses, tinting lenses and repairs. Training available in all these areas.
