Optical Sales Assistant – Full Time

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain store presentation, ensuring all eyewear frames, equipment, and work areas are clean, organised, and visually appealing

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering phone enquiries, and booking optometry appointments

- Assist customers in selecting suitable frames, lenses, and related optical products to achieve sales targets

- Liaise with suppliers to process orders and manage relevant documentation

- Accurately handle data entry and reporting using Microsoft Excel and Word

- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a high standard of customer experience

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 1 year of retail or sales experience (optical experience highly appreciated but not essential)





- Fluent in both English and Chinese

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

- Experience in image editing or content writing is an advantage
