What you’ll be doing:

- Responding to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Guiding prospective customers through onboarding, product information, and FAQs.
- Assisting existing clients with documentation, tax statement queries, and troubleshooting.
- Using available tools, templates, and resources to deliver genuine, first-class customer support.




- Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Providing general admin support to wider business operations.

About you:

- 1+ year of experience in a client service or phone-based role.
- Experience in a regulated or financial services/FinTech environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
- Take satisfaction in solving problems and building trusted relationships with clients.
- Thrive in a cooperative environment and enjoy being part of a growing team.
