- Earnings: Subcontractor model | Earn $150,000-$350,000+
- Caseload: Adults (18+) | WorkCover, Medicare Care Plans & Private
- Model: 55% to Practitioner / 45% Facility Fee (includes admin, marketing, billing, consumables & equipment)
- Work Type: Full-time (38 hours) or Part Time (minimum 24 hours) | After-hours & weekends available

About the Role
As the sole Physiotherapist onsite, you’ll manage a varied and rewarding caseload of adult clients, delivering evidence-based therapy across:
- Injury Management & Rehabilitation
- Return-to-Work Programs
- Manual Therapy
- Chronic Condition Support
This role is ideal for a confident private practice clinician ready to take the next step - with the stability and backing of a nationally recognised healthcare brand.
Requirements:
- A Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Full Working Rights in Australia
- At least 2 years’ experience in private practice or workplace rehab
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to high-quality care
