Our client is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to join their team. You will:

- Lead vocational rehabilitation strategy and clinical practice within an ACC-contracted setting
- Build and mentor a team while maintaining hands-on clinical involvement
- Drive operational excellence through sound ACC policy knowledge and professional standards

Preferred Requirements





- Minimum two years of clinical experience with a clear focus on vocational rehabilitation
- Demonstrated relationship-building and leadership capability, with the ability to influence across teams
- Robust operational, medical, and policy knowledge specific to ACC contracts and requirements
- Current membership of professional associations as required by ACC contracts
- Ability to balance clinical credibility with strategic thinking and people management
