The Role

You will be responsible for producing a range of breads, rolls, savoury products, and specialty baked goods while maintaining exceptional standards of quality, food safety, and efficiency. Skills & Attributes





- Proven experience as a Baker within a commercial bakery, food manufacturing, or production workplace
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, proofing, and bread production processes
- Experience producing savoury bakery products including pies, sausage rolls, quiches, and related items
- Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards
- Robust attention to detail with a commitment to product quality and consistency
