As a Production Operator, you will play an significant role in the safe, efficient and reliable operation of a modern manufacturing facility. Working as part of a high-performing Operations Team, you will contribute to production targets while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and housekeeping.
These positions are 12-hour rotating shifts, working a 4 days on, 4 days off roster, offering an excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and quality.
- Conduct routine quality inspections and complete production reporting.
- Work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and support the smooth operation of the plant.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- A current Forklift Licence - essential.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience - highly regarded.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Knowledge of GMP, 5S and OHS&E; practices - advantageous.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
