Panel Beater – Bundamba (Ipswich) | $45–$50 p/h + Penalties
Our client is a long‑running vehicle repair and customisation workshop in Bundamba, operating since 1998 and known for premium work across heavy vehicles, trucks, cars, motorcycles, restorations, fabrication and mechanical repairs. This is not production‑line insurance work — it’s hands‑on, diverse, high‑quality projects from start to finish.
? The Role
- Monday to Friday 7am – 4.30pm
- Panel repairs on trucks, cars and motorcycles
- Prep work including sanding, masking and priming
- Spray painting using gravity‑fed and airless systems
- Accident damage repairs including rust, fibreglass and structural components
- Paint correction, detailing and finishing
- Assisting with restorations, custom builds and full vehicle transformations
- Working alongside fabrication and mechanical teams on complete rebuilds and modifications
- Maintaining workshop safety, cleanliness and quality standards
- Inspecting completed work to ensure a premium finish
? What You Need
- At least 12 months experience in Panel Beating and Spray Painting
- Strong skills in prep, repair and refinishing
- Heavy vehicle experience highly regarded
- Pride in workmanship — someone who wants quality over quantity
