This luxury fashion brand requires the skills of an experienced Sales Assistant for its Weekend MaxMara Chadstone Store!

We are looking for experienced and highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our Chadstone team.
The role:
- As a Sales Assistant, you will be a Weekend MaxMara Brand Ambassador
- Full availability is required as it will work on a rotational roster (20 hours per week)
- Roster can be split between different locations across Melbourne
- Exceptional sales techniques to drive sales
- Sound fashion retail experience
- Must have a "can do" attitude and confidence in working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as autonomously
- Motivated and exceptionally organised
- Computer competency skills
- Over 12 months/long-term full time work rights
- Fluent English
- Speaking Mandarin would be an advantage, though is not a requirement.
Key Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the luxury fashion industry. Ideally have experience in sales or cashiering experience
- Experience working towards sales targets and KPI's
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high pressure setting
- High energy level, have a positive approach to job and group responsibilities
- Ability to work flexible hours / shifts - including weekends.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
