Your role, your impact

Reporting to the Senior Manager P&C; Operations & Payroll, you’ll lead daily payroll operations, support a team of payroll professionals and help deliver reliable, compliant payroll services across the business.

- Lead end-to-end payroll processing and review payroll outcomes

- Guide and support payroll team members through coaching

- Manage payroll queries, escalations and complex scenarios

- Monitor compliance, audits and payroll quality checks

- Improve processes and contribute to system enhancements

- Partner with stakeholders to maintain payroll service standards

What you'll need to succeed You’re a collaborative payroll professional who enjoys helping others succeed,



and your inquisitive nature helps build trust in the team by always driving them and the function to improve. You balance accuracy with great service and bring a practical approach to solving problems.

- Experienced in end-to-end payroll processing environments

- Solid capability in payroll legislation and compliance

- Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively

- Ability to coach, support and develop team capability

- Experienced in payroll audits, reconciliations and reporting

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
