Reporting to the Head of Partnering, you will influence people outcomes across Media & Trading while helping leaders navigate complex workforce environments.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning and organisational design
- Provide expert advice on awards, legislation and employee relations
- Coach leaders through complex people matters and decisions
- Support workforce change initiatives with practical people solutions
- Translate business priorities into actionable people plans
- Strengthen compliance while enabling solid commercial outcomes
What you'll need to succeed You are commercially minded, collaborative and ready to expand your influence across a complex portfolio.
- Experienced in employee and industrial relations advisory
- Strong capability interpreting awards and employment legislation
- Proven ability influencing leaders in complex environments
- Experienced supporting workforce change and consultation processes
- Ability to balance compliance, risk and commercial outcomes
