Job Description

- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and manage financial models to forecast business performance.
- Business partner with key stakeholders to create budgets and monitor performance against targets.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and operational efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
- Support the implementation of process improvements within the Finance function.
- Work closely with various teams to align financial goals with organisational objectives.
- Team leadership of one direct report

The Successful Applicant





A successful FP&A; Analyst should have:

- CA/CPA Qualified
- Strong financial analysis and business partnering skills.
- Experience working in the not-for-profit sector or a similar environment would be advantageous
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
