We are currently seeking dedicated and physically fit Machine Operators to join our team in Acacia Ridge, QLD 4110. The role offers a 3-week rotational roster with 12-hour day and night shifts with full training provided.
Responsibilities
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently
- Performing manual handling tasks
- Following all safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborating within a team environment
- Completing production reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Ability to commit to a 3-week rotational roster (12-hour day/night shifts)
- Physically fit with a solid work ethic
- Willingness to learn and undergo machine operation training
- Forklift experience is a bonus, but not required
- High attention to detail and strong safety awareness
Day-to-Day
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Monitoring machinery and conducting quality checks
- Responding to machinery or production issues promptly
- Working with the team to meet production goals
- Keeping the work area clean and organized
