The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong skills, expertise and experience, and bring: * Extensive knowledge and practical expertise in positive behaviour support and non-linear multielement planning * Leadership,



coaching and mentoring expertise and experience in evidence-based teaching practices for students with severe and multiple disabilities integrating the principles of neuroscience * Solid management skills in logistics and application of departmental policy and procedures * Strong relational skills, the ability to think on the spot, and pivot for positive outcomes.
