Role Description This is a part time, on-site Pharmacy Student role based in Croydon, VIC.

The Pharmacy

Student will support pharmacists in day-to-day dispensary operations, including preparing and labeling prescriptions under supervision, managing stock, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The role involves providing customer service, assisting with over-the-counter enquiries within scope of practice, and referring customers to pharmacists when needed.

Student will also help with administrative tasks, follow company policies and regulatory guidelines, and participate in learning activities to build practical pharmacy skills.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge and developing skills in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and Pharmaceutical Care.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited pharmacy degree program or equivalent tertiary pharmacy course.
- Ability to follow instructions, work accurately with attention to detail, and adhere to professional and regulatory standards.
- Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy or point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
