The Opportunity
Are you a physiotherapist after genuine work-life balance, solid earnings and a team you enjoy working with? Rosanna Physio is growing, and we're looking for a motivated physio to join our highly respected, multi-disciplinary team. There's an established caseload waiting for you — you won't be building a diary from scratch. And you pick the days that suit you, anywhere from one to three days a week.
Interested in Women's Health? One of our beloved team members is heading off on maternity leave, and our women's health caseload keeps growing — there's plenty here for two. This is primarily a musculoskeletal role, but any experience or interest in women's health will be highly regarded and put to use straight away.
What We Offer You
- $90–$110 an hour — you earn 50% of the revenue you generate.
- You choose your days. One, two or three a week. Your call, around your life.
- A ready-to-go caseload — 30 years of loyal patients behind it.
- New patients every week — a strong online presence and long-standing relationships with local GPs and specialists keep the referrals coming.
- Work your own way — it's your caseload and you run it how you see fit.
- No admin drag — reception, bookings and billing are handled for you.

Rosanna Physio is a family-owned business with a large, loyal patient database and a strong community reputation. We're well established online and we work closely with GPs and specialists across the area, so new patients come through our doors every week. You'd be working alongside experienced podiatrists, myotherapists and remedial massage therapists — a team where staff genuinely love coming to work, and patients look forward to visiting. Our mission is simple: help our community make the best health decisions so they can live active, fulfilling lives.
About You
- You're inspired to help people move well, feel great and achieve their health goals
- You focus on quality of care and building genuine, long-term relationships with patients
- You value continued education and are always looking to improve your clinical outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent), current AHPRA registration, and full Australian working rights
- ABN and your own professional indemnity insurance, or willingness to arrange both before you start
