Site Foreman for a purpose-built plumbing company working across apartment complexes and small commercial projects. You will take the reins on one of our locked-in projects, while the owner looks after the rest of the business. This role offers ownership of a project and the opportunity to manage and lead.
Key responsibilities
- Run the site — manage up to 4 plumbers and apprentices, keeping quality and safety front and centre
- Call the shots on materials, sequencing and problem-solving in real time
- Coach your crew — share knowledge, give weekly feedback, build a team that wants to turn up
- Work hand-in-hand with the builder to hit milestones
- Get hands-on when it counts — this isn't a desk job
About you
- Certificate III in Plumbing & Services
- White Card
- 5+ years' experience
- Solid hydraulic knowledge and a good handle on labour and works planning
- Leadership people actually want to follow
- Good values, hard work ethic, and a positive attitude that lifts everyone around you
- Sharp communication and the ability to juggle competing priorities without losing your cool
