McAthur is working alongside two Medical Centres on the lookout for caring, competent and experienced Practice Nurses to assist in the day to day running of the day and night clinics. You will be working closely with the Practice Manager and GPs, in organising and facilitating the care needs of the patients. We have two positions available 1 x Adelaide 1 x Murray Bridge.

Both clinics come with exciting current opportunities, working across a broad range of healthcare needs and future career development.

As a Practice Nurse, you will work closely with GPs and the wider healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. With Monday-Friday hours and rates of up to $54 per hour, you can enjoy a rewarding nursing career while maintaining your lifestyle outside of work.

About the Role:

- General nursing care and clinical support
- Health assessments and chronic disease management
- Immunisations and vaccinations
- Wound care and dressings
- Health promotion and preventative healthcare
- Care planning and patient education




- Assisting GPs with clinical procedures
- Health checks and clinical assessments
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Infection prevention and control
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice

About you:

- Registered Nurses with current AHPRA registration
- Previous Practice Nurse or primary healthcare experience is highly regarded
- Confident working independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate, professional and patient-focused
- Excellent communicators with strong clinical skills
- Reliable, organised and committed to delivering high-quality patient care
