About the role The Practice at Clem Jones Centre is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join the team on a casual basis. You will bring a strong focus on providing patient centred care and will be driven to achieve positive patient outcomes. As part of the clinical team, you will play a vital role in supporting the clinical operations of the practice while working alongside experienced and passionate medical professionals.

Key responsibilities

- Chronic disease management
- Vaccine administration and management, including cold chain
- Health assessments
- Wound management
- ECG and Spirometry
- Procedures including iron infusions
- Treatment room and stock control
- Infection control
- Triage – over the phone and in person
- Assisting with accreditation

About you

- Current registration with AHPRA
- Hold a Registered Nurse qualification
- Qualified nurse immuniser (desired but not required)
- Commitment to ongoing training
- Always maintain patient and staff confidentiality




- Previous experience in General Practice
- Knowledge of Best Practice Management Software

The Practice at Clem Jones Centre provides integrated health care between GPs and co-located allied health professionals (including physiotherapy, exercise physiology, podiatry, dietitian, psychology) and other medical specialists (including psychiatry, cardiology and ophthalmology). This GP owned practice aims to provide high-quality patient care with a strong focus on health promotion and preventative health care.
