Optima Press, one of Perth’s leading printing companies, is seeking an experienced Print Estimator / Job Planner to join our team at our Balcatta premises.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced printing professional to become part of a dynamic team and play a key role in managing jobs from quotation through to production.

The Role The successful applicant will be responsible for:

- Preparing accurate and competitive customer quotations
- Planning and coordinating print jobs from start to finish
- Liaising with customers regarding job specifications and requirements
- Coordinating with suppliers to obtain pricing and manage materials
- Working closely with the sales and production teams
- Ensuring jobs are planned efficiently, accurately and within required deadlines
- Providing practical solutions to production and print-related requirements

About You We are looking for someone with:

- Previous experience in print estimating and/or job planning
- Strong knowledge of offset and digital printing processes




- Sound knowledge of print finishing processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work effectively with sales, production, suppliers and customers
- A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
