We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Principal Lawyer to lead and grow our personal injury practice from our Bundoora office. This is a unique prospect for a driven practitioner with a Principal Practising Certificate who is looking for the autonomy and support to build and expand a successful personal injury practice. About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A current Victorian Principal Practising Certificate (essential)
- Demonstrated experience in personal injury law, acting for plaintiff clients, defendant clients, or both
- Strong knowledge of Victorian personal injury legislation, court procedures, and dispute resolution processes




- Exceptional client care skills, with the ability to build trust and support clients through challenging circumstances
- Proven negotiation, mediation, and advocacy abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business development and relationship-building capabilities
- The ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining high service standards
- A proactive, commercial, and growth-focused mindset
