The Centennial Hotel in Gulgong, part of Ellis Family Hotels, is seeking an experienced Senior Cook to join our busy kitchen team.
You will prepare, cook and serve meals to high standards, manage stock, support junior staff and help maintain food-safety and workplace culture in a full time role paying AUD 75,000–85,000 plus superannuation.
Applicants should have at least three years in a high-volume kitchen; this is not suitable for recent graduates.
