Our client is seeking reliable and safety-conscious Sheet Metal Process Workers to join their manufacturing team based in Bellevue.

This is a hands-on opportunity suited to candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, factory, or workshop environments. You’ll work as part of a supportive team producing high-quality water tanks while operating machinery, handling materials, and assisting across various production processes.

About the Role

As a Process Worker, your duties will include:

- Operating fixed plant machinery, including tappers and guillotines
- Safely handling sheet metal and other materials
- Using hand and power tools for manufacturing and processing tasks
- Assisting with production activities and quality inspections
- Loading and unloading materials using a forklift and/or overhead crane
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures and company standards

Skills & Experience

Essential

- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or workshop setting
- Experience using hand and power tools




- Valid LF Forklift Licence with practical operating experience
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling and repetitive tasks
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic

Desirable

- Experience operating fixed plant machinery such as tappers and guillotines
- Overhead crane operating experience
- Experience working with sheet metal products
